1. จบวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชา Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronic Engineer and Mechatronics Engineering, Air Conditioner Control
2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการออกแบบเกี่ยวกับ Compressor, Motor , Production Engineer ตั้งแต่ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบทําความเย็น (Refrigeration System)
4. มีความรู้ด้านการเขียนแบบ, PPAP, การเตรียมการ New Model, การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา, FMEA
5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับดี
6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Excel, Auto CAD, E-mail ได้

1. รวบรวมข้อมูลของสายการผลิต วิเคราะห์ วางแผน และดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
2. รู้สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันตลอดเวลา ถ้าคาดการณ์ว่าเป้าหมายไม่สำเร็จ ค้นหาสาเหตุ และทำการแก้ไขทันที
3. กำหนดงานที่สนับสนุนไลน์ให้เป็นมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมด ทำการสอน และฝึกปฏิบัติ
4. สอนกฎปฏิบัติของไลน์ตนเองให้พนักงานทราบและปฏิบัติตาม รวมทั้งดูแลการบรรจุพนักงาน

8. เข้าใจจุดควบคุมคุณภาพทุกกระบวนการ ทบทวน MQ และตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงานได้
